Hesketh Antiques was founded by Jacqueline, who has many years of experience in the antiques and interiors world. Her journey began after a successful career in the City, when a long-standing passion for design and craftsmanship led her to persue a new creative path.
She started by renovating and designing two distinctive homes for herself: a converted warehouse in a former shipbuilding yard in London's Docklands, followed by a Victorian house in Bow, East London. These early projects reflected her instinctive approach to mixing antique pieces with architectural character - laying the groundwork for what would become Hesketh Antiques.
Jacqueline went onto open an antique shop in Kent and has continued to source exceptional antiques spanning the 16th-20th centuries. With a focus on quality, provenance, and timeless appeal, her curated collections celebrate the beauty of age, patina, and craftsmanship.
Most recently, she designed the new Hesketh showroom in Midhurst, West Sussex - housed in a former 19th century coach house. The space is a reflection of her aesthetic: layoured, characterful, and effortlessly elegant, offering a true sense of how antiques can be seamlessly integrated into period architecture and timeless interiors.
Jacqueline continues to take on select interior design projects through Hesketh, offering clients her signature aesthetic rooted in timless beauty and thoughtful detail.
